1. Scope of Application
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 German Civil Code (BGB)) via our online shop Lucklab Dus.

1.3 For the purposes of these GTC, a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.
2. Contracting Parties and Formation of Contract
2.1 The purchase contract is concluded with BaoLi / LuckLab.
2.2 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
2.3 By clicking the "Buy Now" button (or similar), you submit a binding order for the items contained in your shopping cart. Receipt of your order will be confirmed immediately after submission by an automated email. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
2.4 The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order by means of a separate declaration of acceptance sent by email, or by dispatching the goods.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
3.1 All stated prices are final prices. Due to our status as a small business operator pursuant to Section 19 German VAT Act (UStG), no value-added tax (VAT) is charged or shown.
3.2 In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply; these will be shown separately during the ordering process.
3.3 Payment can be made by:
- Bank transfer (advance payment / prepayment),
- Credit card,
- PayPal (where available),
- or any other payment method specified in the online shop.
3.4 The invoice amount is due within 7 days of conclusion of the contract.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery will be made to the address you have provided.
4.2 The delivery time is generally 3–10 business days from receipt of payment.
4.3 We deliver exclusively to addresses within Germany.
4.4 If an item is out of stock, you will be notified. In this case, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded in such cases.
5. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Withdrawal Notice
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.
- Withdrawal period: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- Start of the period: The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
6.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BaoLi / LuckLab, info@lucklab-dus.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration sent by email or by post.You may use the following model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory:

6.3 Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us).The reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received the returned goods.You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
6.4 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or have been clearly tailored to personal needs.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where their seal has been removed after delivery.
7. Warranty and Liability
7.1 The statutory provisions on liability for defects apply.
7.2 We shall only be liable for damages caused by slight negligence in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage.
7.3 Liability for damages to life, body, and health, as well as for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, remains unaffected.
8. Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall rights reserved.
